This is about the 5th VW that I have gotten. The folks at VW have always been great to work with. I told Scott what I wanted and he had the car all prepared and ready for me. Most the paperwork was also ready for me to sign.

The vehicle was in for its first service interval, at 5000 miles, and this was my first interaction with the Audi Chattanooga service department. Service writer Steve Garverick was courteous, efficient and professional in all respects. He provided updates on progress, and made sure my time spent waiting was kept to a minimum.

We went to purchase a 2012 VW Jetta for my daughter's 16th. We were in a time crunch new exactly what we were looking for and Jim jumped right in showed us what we needed.
