    Everyone at Village Volkswagen is polite and helpful. I was in for a notification that tire pressure was low. The service department checked my tire, tried to patch it and, when this was not possible, put on my spare and ordered me the correct tire. I would have given 5 stars except when I got in my car to leave after the new tire was put on the next day, I had to go back into the service area and find someone to correct all the lights and notifications that had started on my dash because of using the spare. I appreciated the speediness of getting the new tire on (on the next day, Friday) because I was traveling out of town on Sunday. I was disappointed, however, that the cap to my tire valve on the new tire was missing. I figure I can buy one at a hardware store or Walmart?

    Christian was a major—if not the main—reason we purchased our car from VW Chattanooga. From the moment we walked in, he gave us an exceptional experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered helpful insights, all while being approachable, friendly, and never pushy. He completely broke the stereotype of the typical "car salesman"—it felt more like working with a friend than being sold to. Beyond Christian, everyone we interacted with at the dealership was kind, professional, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. We were genuinely surprised (in the best way) by how great the entire experience was compared to what we expected when shopping for a new car.

    Scheduling was easy, explanation/video of issues and subsequent repairs were well done. I was unable to get my service consultant to answer a question after I paid the bill despite 3 attempts to contact him over a week. That was disappointing.
