I scheduled approximately 6 weeks in advance and took the first available appointment. I arrived for my appointment to find the service agent had been on vacation the week before and no one verified the parts were in. The needed parts were not in and the appointment was rescheduled for 2 days later. On my return everything was handled well.

The service was excellent but it is overpriced. Places like Valvoline are much cheaper and don't charge for shop supplies. I continue to go to Village Volkswagen to protect my warranty.
