Called about having both ID.4 recalls done back in January. Was told I was #5 on the list. Zero communication from dealer until I called in March to follow up. Was told I was next on the list and appointment was made for FIVE weeks out (April 22) and it would take three days. Drop the car off, no indication there was a problem. Later that afternoon, they called and said the car was done but only the software update because they didn’t have parts for the door handle recall.

Communication with a service advisor is always prompt. It is also easy for me to get on the schedule and have my vehicle serviced. The courtesy shuttle is also valuable.

When I scheduled my appointment online and selected the services that I wanted, it stated that it would be $158. When I checked out it was $212 I believe was the total. It appears that there is a steep charge for shop supplies that were not mentioned online.
