We have been long time VW customers and connected with Brandy regarding a weird noise when driving. We got scheduled and upon arrival were greeted warmly, and worked through the issue. Brandy kept us informed, offered a shuttle ride if needed and checked us out in a short period of time. It’s a 90 minute drive to see the VW dealership but we will be back for our regular maintenance and hope to see Brandy. Professional care, excellent service, clean restrooms, nice waiting area with drinks and snacks! Thanks!

I chose this rating because the sales rep that handled the financing of the car bamboozled me. I originally had capital one as my lender but the sales rep recommended I used volkswagen's lender. The interest rate was extremely high therefore I asked him if I would have stayed with Capital One would it have been cheaper. He assured me it actually would have been more expensive. After I signed all the paperwork I went home and did my own research. I found out that had I stuck with Capital One, I would have saved at least $6000 on my interest rate. I felt bamboozled and taken advantage of therefore I would NOT recommend volkswagen of Chattooga to anyone!
