He went the extra mile by advising me to check my brakes, securing a great discount, and truly taking care of me. He even arranged a shuttle to take me to work and back to Village VW to pick up my car. He also provided a video of the service tech performing the inspection with sound. And change my original appointment! Exceptional service!
