    Overall my experience was positive. I will say it took a long time to get a loaner vehicle, which was disappointing. Thankfully none of the issues with my ID.4 were serious or safety-related. As someone with one vehicle, a spouse and child, we have to have a car and we can't go long periods of time without one. I'm thankful for Dakota, who patiently did his best to find me a loaner vehicle. I think Village VW should consider investing in more loaner vehicles, and especially in having some EV options. I drive an EV specifically because I can charge at work for no cost, and at home for very little cost. Thankfully I only needed my loaner for one day, but it was a gas vehicle and I would have incurred more expense in gas costs if I had to drive it for longer.

    The service department is consistent with quality service and a plain explanation of what was done and what is needed if anything. The personnel is friendly, patient, and a joy to do business with.

    I was pleased with the technician who addressed all my problems. I experienced a bit of difficulty explaining that my car was, in fact, still under the extended warranty. The individual who waited on me tried to tell me it was not under CPO, but it did get solved.

    El personal es muy amable y siempre intentan apoyar al cliente en lo que se puede, me brindaron un auto temporal mientras mi auto se encontraba en reparacion y eso me ayudo a continuar con mis actividades habituales.
