I was very pleased with the staff and the service at Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga. As a first-time electric vehicle owner, I was concerned about a squeaky brake sound. The technician assessed my vehicle and provided a video with a review of his findings and recommendations to help extend the life of my brakes. After following the recommendations, I no longer hear the squeak, and my driving experience is even better. I love my Buzz!
