If I bring up any issues, staff really try to understand and help get the repairs or issues looked at or fixed. They research and answer questions to the best of their ability and seek guidance when needed.

This was by far the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Michael Hagaman was the best salesman. He was very knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond with helping me to find the right vehicle. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I love my new car, thank you Michael for all your help. I will definitely recommend VW to all my friends and family!

The employees at VW are professional and friendly. Charolene was amazing! She was sure we were totally taken care of, and she made everything so easy. We've worked with her boss, Ryan, before. He is a company man that is customer driven, and his people reflect his commitment to being the best. They were quick, thorough, and communicative.
