I was in for my 40,000 service. I was told two of my tires were low on tread and needed replaced. This was due to my tires NEVER being rotated at any of my previous services. So VWs negligence caused me to have to buy two new tires and overpay for an alignment. This could have been avoided. Thoroughly unimpressed
