Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. VW had extended the warranty on the part that was bad so the bill was covered. I was genuinely pleased with my experience.

This was the first time, of all the times I've had my Atlas serviced there, that I just showed up without an appointment. You are the only service department that I use for my Atlas. That being said, I was immediately greeted with a smile and Information and key fob was taken right then. This was an oil change visit and possibly anything else that needed immediate attention. In a short time I was informed of a couple of additional things that needed attention. All in all everything was taken care of with a detailed explanation of all that was done and what needed to be done in the near future. The service advisor did an excellent job and the total amount of time I spent in the service department was slightly over an hour. Excellent job from A to Z !
