I have received the best service the past 3 years on my Cross Sport. I never have a long wait, and this time I used the shuttle service, Smitty was great!!!! Anytime someone is looking for a new vehicle, I always tell them to go and visit the VW dealership. I am still very pleased with my purchase three years ago!!
