They made the deal work both ways. Stayed after hours. Had me driving home in a new VW. Lynn Wood is the best. She sold me my first Volkswagen new in 2010 and I drove it until I bought my next one in 2024. So happy she was still there to help 14 years later buy another new VW. She and everyone there are professionals at their trade. I am very gracious and thankful for such great people.
