My family and I were traveling through the Knoxville area when we got a whole in our radiator. We limped down to the Chattanooga area, where we had family we could stay overnight with, refilling the coolant reservoir as we went. On Monday we called your dealership and though they were fully booked, they graciously agreed to take a look at our Atlas to see what was wrong and do a diagnosis. Your team, Taylor and Dakota specifically, were gracious and prioritized our repair. When we were told the repair would not be completed until the next day at the earliest we had to make other plans due to a scheduled engagement Tuesday evening. Only later did we learn that your team went above and beyond, and even worked late to facilitate our repair. Had we been patient and waited, our repair would have been completed in time for us to still make our engagement in Alabama. In short, everyone was spectacular, and we are extremely grateful for the heroic efforts they made to accommodate us in our time of need. We are grateful for Taylor, Dakota, and Juan (our technician) for their hospitality and effort. The Village Volkswagen team was nothing short of spectacular.

Service was great, but I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change. I was also presented with a bill, but my car is still on a mantainence plan. I don't understand why neither my name nor VIN doesn't show that I am covered.
