Good first experience but neeeded more work found oil leak and wasn’t told about it until I read paperwork more thoroughly and got video from tech.

Came in on a Saturday morning for 10,000 mile service and wanted them to look at the cell phone charger because it is not working and was told diagnostic work could not be done because there is only 1 tech on hand.

The service department has improved over the last year or so. I am used to a service rep coming out to my vehicle and help with my situation. The other dealership I work with (Toyota of Cleveland) have i pads which makes it quicker.

The Service Department was amazing! We had a dead battery the night before we were leaving town. They got us in first thing and were super easy to work with. Better price as well than an independent shop I called first.

Came in for to make an appointment for an oil change, they told me they can be done with no appointment, it would be an hour. Pleasantly surprised, waited an hour, my car was ready. I'm a happy camper. Now if they can only fix my phone charger, life would be wonderful!
