My service guy just seems like he doesn’t want to be there what few times I’ve worked with him. I had. Different guy the time before this visit and he was great. I think when you spend $60,000 on a new vehicle that the dealer should be willing to put out $45 for a car rental or put you in a loaner for the day. This is the first new vehicle I’ve bought that the dealer didn’t supply a car while mine was being serviced. Also, each time I bring it in they either don’t wash it or say, when I’m ready to leave, would you like it washed.. I appreciate that little perk, just do it. If it’s something every customer doesn’t want I would think it could be in their file. It’s the little things that makes a great service stick out.
