It never feels like a warm welcome when I drop my vehicle off. I feel like more of an inconvenience than a customer. Also, maybe it's because I professionally detail cars for a living, but my car was returned to me filthy on the exterior. I think it must have been parked under a tree or something, but I had washed it before I took it in for service, and it was so dirty when I got it back.
