You talked me into things I didn't need like over a thousand for gap insurance and extended warranty. I came back the first business day after to get them taken off and got the run around. finally filled out paper work to get them taken off. Two weeks later it has not been taken off.

Char always does a fabulous job of taking care of the people she's in charge of. She's super helpful, honest, up front and is sensitive to one's budget. She keeps us informed and let's us know other items that will need to be taken care of, the time frame and importance of getting it done. We very much enjoy working with her when we're in.

Our Sales Associate (Jaylen Simpson) was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we had without any hesitation…. I was reluctant to give a 5 star review as we had an unpleasant experience with your service department Manager upon returning 48 hours after purchase of a brand new vehicle. Carpet on passenger side floor was defective. Thank goodness the Sales Manager intervened and took care of our problem.
